Are there any city regulations or suggestions for HOA pools and the age limit for unsupervised children? The pool in question will have pool monitors, but no life guards.

As stated in Ordinance #02-12-138, a sign shall be posted stating "CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION". There is no strict definition of 'children' in this Ordinance; however, the Texas Department of Health General Sanitation Division has recommended the age for children as 12. Also stated in this same Ordinance: "The language on the sign may impose stricter adult supervision requirements for children using the pool".
