What are they building there?

As a matter of fact, what is being built on the land around the Centennial High School on Rolater?

The Frisco Independent School District is building an administration and maintenance facility on the north side of Rolater Drive, east of the Preston Vineyards North subdivision. No other construction plans have been submitted to the City for development in the general proximity of the Centennial High School.

What are the plans to update road systems around the location of the new high school? Will 720 be built up, at least around that immediate road (Coit?), to prevent traffic from backing up while people are turning there?

Will the road (Coit?) be upgraded to 4 lanes from 121 to 720?

Current plans for Coit Road is to build 2 lanes from College to Sheppard’s Hill Drive, then 4 lanes to FM 3537 (Main Street). There will be intersection improvements to provide for left turns at Coit and Main. Staff is currently working at traffic counts for a signal at this intersection also.

If you have further questions please feel free to contact me at +972-335-5580 ext 156.

The City is currently building Coit Road from College to Sheppard's Hills Drive 25 back to back ( two lanes) and then 4 lanes from there to FM 3537.The City is currently getting the ROW for the additional lanes of Coit and will continue to work on the engineering drawings. This process is very costly to the City. The City also has many other roads that we are working on that need improvements to increase capacity for all the residents of Frisco.

Is the Coit Road construction time of 330 days calendar days or working days?

Those are calendar days.
