Was wondering if the Noah's Ark display at Preston Ridge Park will be put back where it belongs? It was a part of the playground and was replaced with a baseball/bat display. Was this removed because someone was offended and complained? If the city decided to remove it because of "separation of church/state" then why did they put it there in the first place?

Thank you for your inquiry about the playground at Preston Ridge Park.
When the playground was installed approximately three years ago, the city had ordered another interactive component other than the Noah's Ark one that you described. Our staff caught this and the component was changed out by the manufacturer.
It is very typical of public entities such as cities and school districts to install playground components that are or percieved to be religious.
