For sanity reasons, the name Custer needs to be placed on the sign at the intersection of Main and Custer. Can this be done please?

The signals and signs at the Custer and Main intersection are operated and maintained by the Texas Department of Transportation. We will request that "Custer" be added to the signs. Thanks.

What is the status of the City's request for street signs at this intersection? Can the City request that "Main Street" be labeled as well?

Thanks!

Jfitts,

A request was made to TxDOT in December, 2002. I can follow-up with them, but I would encourage you to call their McKinney office at 972-542-2345 to make a request.

Be advised that it may be difficult to get all of the designations for FM 3537 on the street name sign. In Frisco the road is called FM 3537 and Main Street. In McKinney, the road has been removed from the state highway system and is still referred to as 720.

Thanks
