Can someone let me know who is in charge of deciding what messages they allow/dis-allow on this board and the time-frame in which they either post or do not post a message? I have left a few messages in reply to other people's comments or questions and never see them posted. On a few occasions I put replied as "Anonymous" and on one occasion put my name and e-mail address asking for a response. Is there a reason some messages/questions get posted and other do not?

Dear Anonymous-
I am responsible for the posting and non-posting of individual messages. It is our goal to post within 24 hours of receiving the messages, but sometimes I am unable to meet that goal. If the messages have been denied for posting, it is because they do not meet the posting criteria set out for the forum. As mentioned on the home page of the baord, the posting decisions are based upon the following:

"Welcome to Frisco Feedback. This service replaces the City of Frisco Message Board. All questions regarding City services, programs, policies, and development will be reviewed, posted, and responded to as quickly as possible by a City representative. Editorials and comments are always welcome, but will not be posted on Frisco Feedback.

In the spirit of open government, please direct all comments, criticisms, and kudos to the appropriate department or generally to Customer Comments. We appreciate your partnership in this innovative method of citizen communication, and look forward to continuing to provide you services that give you a gateway to government."

Thanks, and if you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.

Interim Assistant City Manager
