The zoning north of Cobb Hill Estates (El Dorado and DNT) indicates "OCL". What exactly is OCL? Also, what is the zoning for the property on the east side of Cobb Hill Estates? Thank you.

OCL is an abbreviation for "Outside of City Limits." This area is in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction and will be annexed sometime in the future. The property to the east of Cobb Hill Estates is zoned Agricultural, which is considered a holding classification until a permanent zoning classification is determined.
