Looks like there is activity on the NE and NW corners of Teel and Eldorado. What's planned for those areas? Also, anything planned for the empty lot on the SE corner? Thanks!

Matthew,

At this time there are no approved site plans for development on these three corners. The activity that you may be seeing may be associated with the expansion of Eldorado Parkway.

Jacob,

The City of Frisco owns two park properties that have ponds that are stocked with channel catfish, largemouth black bass, and blue gills. They are Warren Sports Complex located at 7599 El Dorado Parkway (the pond is just west of Rogers Road) and Frisco Commons located at 8000 McKinney Road.

There are numerous ponds on private properties that are stocked but we do not have that information. Also, written permission from the land owner would be needed to fish on any private properties.

The City also stocks rainbow trout annually at the pond at Frisco Commons. This stocking usually occurs in February. However, any trout not caught die when the temperatures start to warm in the spring. The exact date for the trout stocking will be posted on the City website when the date is determined by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
