With all the discussion about the bird flu, is Frisco or Collin County going to have an adequate supply of the vaccine in case we do have this pandemic they are saying we might have?
If so, will the vaccine be available to everyone?

The City of Frisco has an Emergency Management Plan in place that is required by the State addressing small and large scale incidents. Vaccine supply is included in this plan. Local and county health departments work closely with The City of Frisco Emergency Medical Services Coordinator on this plan to ensure that all personnel and services in Frisco are well prepared. You may contact 972.335.5525 for plan information. Also, please find global Pandemic Flu information on http://www.pandemicflu.gov/ developed by the Department of Health and Human Services.
