Good Morning. Do we have city service to buy dyno dirt/composed in bulk similar to city of Denton. See URL Below

Frisco's yard waste along with Allen, Plano, McKinney, and Richardson's all goes to a program named Texas Pure Products. They sell compost, top soil, and different colors and sizes of mulch. They sell their product at the Custer Transfer Station located at 9901 Custer Road.
