Hi. My home address is incorrectly labeled as a business address by the city and as a result the post office will not forward my mail to a different address. It was once a model home for the community but I have never started or operated any business from the home since purchase. Which city department should I contact to get this address changed to residential? What forms of documentation, if any, are required? Many thanks in advance.

The local Postmaster Wilma Johnson. I would encourage you to start here and see if the local Post Office can remedy the specific problems once they become aware of them.
