We are considering buying a house in Hunters Creek subdivision. There is a strip of land behind this area (near Custer and 121) where a water storage facility is located. It appears there may have been the start of construction as there is a drive with a stone bridge. How is this strip zoned? Per the Zoning map it appears to be zoned for offices, is that correct and is there any current development planned?

I will need a little more information about the site that you are asking about. There is a drive and bridge that connects the water storage facility with Custer Road. This drive runs parallel with the alley behind the homes in Hunters Creek Subdivision. The land that the drive crosses is zoned Commercial-1 which allows a wide range of businesses, stores, offices, and restaurants.
This property is part of a larger tract of land proposed for development. At this time only the lots that face onto Custer Road are being developed. Ultimately the land where the drive is will be developed for commercial purposes. At this time there are no approved plans for the future development of the property.
If this is not the area that you are asking about please respond with more information and I will get you an answer.
