After all the rain we received in the past few weeks, there are numerous ant piles in the playground / park at Cusrtsinger. Are there any plans for either the Parks Department or FISD to try to remove these piles or treat them? Seems this is safety issue given this is also the school playground.

Debra,

We will be treating Duncan Park, north of the school, today. Obviously, with all of the recent rains we have had to re-treat numerous areas for fire ants. We have also contacted the FISD regarding their area to the South.
