I can find lots of posts about No Solicitation signs here on the forums. But, none of the posts that I could find address signs at the entrance ways of the community, covering the entire neighborhood. Several of us, myself included, have seen such signs in other cities in the area.

Are there any Frisco ordinances about this? If there is no such ordinance, has one ever been considered, and/or would it be possible to get something like that added?

I actually researched this a number of years ago and there was a US Supreme Court case on point that essentially said this could not be done, as it would interfere with Interstate Commerce. The prohibition had to be an individual act, not a blanket of an area with public streets. The only places that I have seen entire neighborhoods that prohibited soliciting were private/gated communities.
If you are aware of a city that does allow this, I'd be happy to contact them to determine how they are getting around the USSC ruling.
