What will be built on the Northeast and Southeast corners of Cotton Gin/4th Army and Stonebrook? The GIS map colors the areas with light purple and white stripes for zoning. I am not sure what that zone color represents since it is not included in the map key. Thank you.

The property on both corners is zoned Planned Development-167-Information Technology. This zoning allows for office, light assembly and manufacturing, research and laboratory facilities and service uses. At this time there are no approved site plans or pending applications for development on either of these corners.
