I know this question was asked in 2002, but has there been any new research around erecting a signal light at Preston and Preston Vineyard?

We do not plan to consider a signal until the fourth leg of this intersection is completed. It is expected to be complete with the expansion of the Chapel Creek neighborhood west of Preston. We have been reviewing preliminary plans for this neighborhood, but full construction plans have not been submitted. Therefore, I don't have a good schedule on when this will occur. Once the new leg of the intersection is complete, we will conduct new signal warrant studies to see if a signal is warranted.
