I would like to know if there are any locations or hour of day restrictions for bike riders on the streets of Frisco. I understand sharing the streets and that bike riders if on the streets should be obeying all traffic laws. My question is more about where they ride. Specifically locations such as the number of two lane roads that we have with no shoulder such as Coit between main and El dorado and even on El dorado. Are there any such restrictions or is it just up to the riderís common sense? The riderís and driverís safety are certainly an issue especially with many riders choosing to ride in the dark during commuting time.

With the exception of the Dallas North Tollway, there are no restrictions on any roads, relating to bicyclists.

The DNT does restrict bicyclists and pedestrians on the main lanes/shoulders.
