On the new development at Preston/Lebanon is it mandatory that all entrances have turning lanes? It 'appears' in the photo that most do but I wonder about the first entrance on Preston north of Lebanon. Are turning lanes a requirement, if not can they be?

Brian,

The photo that you reference is an architectural rendering of what the project will look like when completed. It is not an approved site plan or design.

The approved plans for the site have decel or turning lanes for all of the driveways. Decel or turning lanes are required for driveways with the exception of the first 170 feet past an intersection. A turning lane is not required in this area due to slower vehicle speeds and the lack of room to construct an appropriate lane.
