Can you provide me with any information of future plans for additional businesses around Preston/Hutson? Right now, there is a Long John Silver's being built.

Is it also possible to get a more updated service station around Preston/Main?

The only site plan we have received for development in this area is for the Long John Silver's. There is considerable vacant, commercial property at this location but no one has come forward with a project proposal.

In regard to the service station, an additional service station may locate at this intersection. There has been no proposals for an additional store and there actually has been two proposals for banks on the southwest and southeast corners. If you should have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at 972.335.5580, ext. 157. Thank you.
