It seems like there has not been any activity for some time. Why has construction stopped?

Dear Anonymous,

The Frisco Fire Safety Town is planned to open in conjunction with the new Central Fire Station. Plans for Central Station and Station 5 are both in the "Value Engineering" phase with the contractor for both stations, Thomas S. Byrns Construction Company.

Rodman Construction and Mario Sinacola and Sons construction companies worked together to do the work on the site as a part of their contribution to the Frisco Fire Safety Town project. The value of their contribution has been valued at over $400,000.00 and was done at their convenience prior to the completion of the final plans. We do expect to have construction commence in August on all of these projects.

Please contact me with any other questions you may have and thank you for your interest in the Frisco Fire Safety Town. We are very excited about these projects.

Thank you,
Mack Borchardt
