Can you tell me whom to contact from the City to have an assessment done of what appears to be natural spring seepage in my neighborhood? This spring water flows year round and the algae and mosquito issues that it creates are actually public health concerns. I am not sure who would be responsible for addressing this, city or homeowner, but I would think that the city would need to assess it physically to make that determination. Thanks for any contact or other information that you can provide.

Stephen:

Please contact the Department of Public Works at 972-335-5520. We need the address of the problem that you are reporting so we can investigate and the best way to contact you if we need additional information. Thanks for your help.

Contact Code Enforcement at 972 335-5580, ext. 188 or Asst. Building Official Steve Covington at ext. 153. We will begin an investigation and get the necessary departments involved.
