Do you know who is responsible for fixing the land slide area on the east side of legacy south of lebanon? They have fixed it before, but now it is greatly overgrown and nothing is being done about it.

Thanks!

Craig L.

Can we get an update please? Who is responsible for fixing the landslide, and more importantly when will it be fixed? This area has had this happen before and a more permanent fix is probably called for.

The City is not aware of a "land slide" on the east side of Legacy, south of Lebanon. There is a slope area that appears to be failing on the east side of Legacy, north of Lebanon, between Texas Drive and the BNSF RR. This area is the maintenance responsibility of the HOA. The developer has been contacted; he is in the process of reviewing repair options with his consultant. We have asked him to inform us of the repair option he will use and a schedule to make the repairs. When this information is available, we will post it.

Thanks,
Brian Patrick

I apologize for the delay in providing a response. The city is diligently pursuing a resolution with the developers of this property. I will post the planned actions as soon as the information is available.

Is there any new info about when this is going to get repaired? Here we are about to hit March and the only progress is the "failing slope" is getting mowed, and that's it.

After many months, issues of responsibility have been resolved and the repair will get underway. Blue Star Land will be overseeing the project. They have selected a contractor to do the repair. As soon as that contractor provides the schedule to Blue Star, a pre-construction meeting will be held with city engineers to review all plans. Then work will commence.

I will post more information once the schedule is available. If you have additional questions about this you can contact me at your convenience.
