How do you get the basketball/tennis courts lights to turn on? During the week the lights were on while I was up there as late as 10pm. I didn't notice if they came on automatically or if someone playing there hit a switch to turn them on. On Saturday though, I went up there around 9pm and they were off and we couldn't find a switch to turn them. It was only around 8:45 too. How do you turn them on?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the lighting on the basketball and tennis courts at Warren. There is a large metal control box located on the east side of the tennis court fences on the north end. There are two green "on" buttons that can be pushed to activate the lights for both the basketball and tennis courts.
I would like to add that construction of a new restroom facility located at the football fields (north of the tennis courts) began this week. The electrical for this building will be tied into the control box mentioned above. There will most likely be times during the construction that all of the power will have to be off, including that to the basketball and tennis courts. With the days being a lot longer this time of year, hopefully any inconvenience due to lack of power will be minimal.
Please feel free to contact me directly any time if you have additional questions about Warren or any other of our facilities.

Thanks for the feedback. I went up there again tonight, Wednesday, 7/21, and found the green on buttons. Unfortunately the entire box must be off.
Can you find out if that's the case and when we'll be able to play again with lights during the evening?

The electrical power is off due to excavation issues. Actually, if no problems occur later today, the power could be restored for tonight (Thursday). However, this is a day to day situation. The contractor has encountered a lot more rock than was anticipated and his progress is slower than he expected. I can't make any guarantees, but hopefully the initial lines should be installed by early next week and power restored full time. There could be future intermittent power cutoffs during the construction of the building. Feel free to call me for updates. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience.
