Is there a place where I can find out what all the zoning codes displayed on the GIS map represent? For example, BP/NC/RV?

B Rod:

A lot of those zoning codes that you can't find a legend for are part of Planned Developments. Planned Developments (PD's) have ordinances that contain development standards that are specific to that site only. If you have specific questions about a PD, it is best if you contact the Planning & Development Department directly. Copies of the PD Ordinances are available here in the Department. We are located at 6875 Main Street and are open M-F, 8am-5pm.
