When you enter the city limits, there is a sign that indicates Frisco followed by a number. Presumably, this number is a milage value, but to what location? What does this sign really mean?

Thanks

Paul,

The signs you refer to are posted by TXDOT and indicate the mileage to a town's city hall.

Please contact me if you have additional questions or comment.

When will Frisco get a Welcome to Frisco statue/signage/etc placed around the perimeter of the city?

Brian,

Council recently discussed this and has indicted that such welcome signs would be a priority in the upcoming year. Staff will be looking at options for design and placement.
