What are the legalities around parking in the entrance to an alley. Twice this week, I've come home to find someone parked in the alley entrance blocking my access and forcing me to loop around the block to the other entrance. I left a note on the windshield today asking that they park on the street instead of the alley. However, if they continue to park in the alley entrance what recourse do the rest of the residents have. Note: I believe the vehicle belongs to someone doing work at one of the houses and not an actual resident of the neighborhood.

It is unlawful to park in an alley. Feel free to cal 972.335.5505 to report the violation and an officer will be dispatched to clear it and take the appropriate action.
