I have a concern about the traffic signal at Preston and "Mall Road A." When north bound Preston has a left turn signal, east bound traffic out of the mall gets a right turn signal. I've seen cars on Preston making U-Turns and almost hitting cars coming out of the mall. Both people think they have the right-of-way. Should the signal be changed, or could you add a No-U-Turn sign on Preston?

I see that a No U-turn sign has been added to the signal at this intersecion, but it's not very noticable. In fact, after going through this intersection a few times this past week, it's done nothing to prevent cars from making U-turns. Can anything else be done, such as moving the sign to a more prominate location or increased enforcement? I've seen many near-accidents.
