The intersection of Legacy and 121 has piles of accumulated trash and dirt on the curbs and street. It's redundant that it is about 200 feet from a "Keep Frisco Clean" sign. Can practice what we preach and clean this intersection?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have dispatched a crew to do clean up in that area. It is discouraging to learn that our signs are of little effect. They are put up with the best of intentions and I can assure you that we take our committment to "Keep Frisco Clean" seriously. Unfortunately not all of this area is under our jurisdiction, the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) is responsible for roadside clean up of Hwy 121 this would include part of the area mentioned. Their current schedule one time per month. I have talked with them this morning and have requested pick up be provided more frequently. In the meantime I will assign a crew to check this area one time per week.
"Don't Trash Frisco" is a litter prevention program which we would hope everyone would adopt.

Thank you again for advising us of the problem.

Pippa Couvillion,
Environmental Services Manager.
