What are the plans? and What stage are the plans in? for:
1)An extension of Lebanon from Coit east to Independence.
2)An additional street extension (north of Lebanon)from Coit east to Independence.
3)Fannin Tree Farm Elementary (propsed site for school within Turnbridge Manor)
4)Rowlett Creek Bike and Hike Trail

Are these merely proposed activities, or have they been approved and are in the planning/developmental stages. Could you comment on each area and provide a rough time table for each.

Thank you very much!

Dear Ryan,

Thanks for your message regarding updates on the four projects you referenced.

Someone else from our staff will have to address your first two questions, but I will try to help address your final two questions.

Regarding the status or construction timetable for the elementary school that lies along West Rowlett Creek north of the Fannin tree farm site, I would ask that you contact Mr. Richard Wilkinson who is the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Facility Development. He can be reached by contacting the FISD Administration offices at 469-633-6000.

The current status of the West Rowlett Creek Hike and Bike trail is that the landscape consulant who is responsible for the design of the trail is approximately 40% completed. Based on this progress, we are hopeful that construction will be able to begin in the Fall of 2003 and take approximately 6-8 months to complete.

Should you have any additional questions regarding the hike and bike trail project, please feel free to contact me or my staff at any time.
