I was curious if there was some type of curfew on night time construction.
The last few nights, a new home behind ours has had workers there until at last 11p.m.
I know this happens when a deadline is approaching, and usually there are no noise issues, as it's been carpet or some other "quiet" activity.
However, in this case, they are using table saws and air-nailers for mouldings and cabinet construcion.
I understand they need to get work completed, but it's hard for the kids on school nights when the air-nailers are firing every couple seconds between 9-11 pm.
thanks in advance.

This morning a truck of sod felt compelled to drop it's load off at 5am at the 5400 Block of Shady Shore. There were several calls into the police for a noise violations, however, the squad car did not arrive in time (20 minutes) to catch the offender. I can provide the name of the truck's owner and his phone number. Just let me know :-)
