In the past several weeks as traffic has increased on the section of Lebanon from FM 423 to Legacy, I've noticed alot of speeding vehicles (including school buses and construction trucks) on the section of Lebanon that is 35 MPH. When going the speed limit, vehicles behind either pass illegally (double yellow lines) or ride your bumper in the hopes you'll speed up. Can we get either a police presence here or one of the mobile, unmanned radar trailers? Anything to make drivers more aware. I've noticed this between 8 AM & 8:45 AM. Thank you. SD

I'll pass your concerns on to the traffic and patrol officers. Thanks.

What is the correct action that driver's following the laws need to take when this occurs? It happened again this morning with a large pickup truck less than 5 feet from my bumper. Once we go to the four lane section which is 45 MPH, the other driver immediately speed up, passed me & proceeded to make rude motions.

Call 972.335.5505 to report unsafe activity. I have asked officers to increase patrol in the area as well. We urge motorists to not reciprocate with inflammatory behavior.
