I walk daily west along Lebanon to Preston, and around the area of Lebanon and Ohio, there is no sidewalk. I have an infant to push in a stroller, which makes it difficult to navigate over the rough earth. Once west of Ohio, just before Tom Thumb, I have to walk in the street against oncoming traffic, as there is not even any hard shoulder. This is very dangerous. Are there any plans to complete this section of sidewalk ?

Sidewalks are generally constructed as the adjacent property develops. The responsibility and cost of constructing sidewalks are borne by the developer of the property. No construction plans have been submitted to the City for the development of any of the properties at the intersection of Lebanon Road and Ohio Drive. Therefore, there are no immediate plans for the construction of sidewalks near this intersection.
