I was told that David McDavid had purchased land to place a Honda dealership in Frisco. However, Honda has currently placed that on hold because their customer satisfaction level is so low. I was also told that the new location for Honda Cars of McKinney placed the Frisco location inside their "black out" radius, so they couldn't build on that spot anyway. Can I get more information on this?

What about other dealers, like Toyota?

The City Council approved a site plan and final plat for a Honda dealership at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and S.H. 121. Once the City has approved the construction plans for this project, the developer has indicated that they will begin construction of the project. The City has received no plans for the development of a Toyota dealership.

I plan to start a commercial and residential painting service in the city of Frisco. However, I would like to know if doing so is feasible. What is the best way to gather information on existing services and what services are needed in Frisco? Thanks!

Dear David,
You should contact the Frisco Chamber of Commerce to gather information on existing services and what services may be needed. You can contact them at 972-335-9522 or visit their website
