Earlier this year, during construction of the house next door to ours on Wheat Ridge Drive, workers accidentally knocked down the street light in our yard. Ashton Woods, the builder, promised that it would be repaired, but that either the city, the developer or the homeowner's association is ultimately responsible for getting this done. (As you can tell, we've gotten three different answers!) In August, our homeowner's association assured us that this was CoServ's responsibility, and that they had scheduled a replacement. It is now October, and the light has yet to be replaced. Please advise on a course of action that can be taken to get this done.

Mr.Martinez, I reported the light to our contact at CoServ today and requested a report as to the status. I should here something soon. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and leave me your phone number and I'll give you an update as I get one.
