Questioning when will the median on Lebanon towards the Plantation Golf Course and new medical center will see improvements? Also, I understand that Plantation Golf Course is not privately owned, therefore, what about improvements to the grounds? It is very unsightly from Lebanon, it is a far cry from a well maintained golf course, planted one area of plants toward the street, and never watered and they are dying. We bought a home there and are concerned about the upkeep of the grounds and maintaining our property value. Also, is it the city's responsibility for fencing the area on Jereme between Plantation and Moss Creek that crosses over the water?

1. The median you spoke of was not included on the list for improvements with the funding available for FY02 budget. Staff is currently working to update the median projects for FY03. This amount will be based on the amount of funding available in the budget.
2. Plantation Golf Course is a privately owned golf course; the City does not own it. You need to contact the golf course and express your wishes if you would like to see additional plantings or have concerns with the care of the golf course. I will have a staff member visit the area to ensure that the trees required by ordinance or landscape plans are alive and in a growing condition.
3. I assume the area you are speaking of is the water area south of Jereme. The City is not responsible for fencing that area. It is privately owned and maintained. If any fence were to be constructed, it would be the responsibility of the property owner.
