I live in Sonsrena apartments on Rolater Rd. and wanted to find out what the legal hours of construction are (noise ordinance, etc). I made the mistake of moving into one of the front buildings facing Rolater not realizing that a good part of the time I've lived here extremely loud road construction would be starting early (before 7a.m.)and early on weekends in front and near my building. Recently they have also started working at night and just the other night they started again around 11p.m. with their loud equipment. I am going discuss with the apartment complex on how I can terminate my lease early without penalty due to this major noise problem (and hours of lost sleep) that has been going on for quite some time I realize they need to finish the road but isn't there something that can be done about the early (and late) hours they are operating? Do they not realize (or care) that people live here? Any help you can give me on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
