I know this was brought up several weeks ago, but I was wondering if there was any more information as to why there is no progress on the two gas station/convenience stores going in at Tollway/Stonebrook and Tollway/Lebanon? These were going up fast and furiously, but construction was halted suddenly and haven't been touched in months. Thank you.

At one of the locations, I believe a couple utility poles need to be relocated before the right turn lane can be completed. Is there any timeframe for these to be relocated?

The two convenience stores (i.e. Mobil at the SWC of Stonebrook/Dallas Parkway; 7-11 NWC of Lebanon/Dallas Parkway) are being held up until they comply with the City's underground utility ordinance. The City has proposed other options to the applicant which the developer has not acted on any of the options.
The owner of the Mobil site has made progress on relocating the utilities underground with one remaining above ground.
