Is the city aware of the recent landslide on the embankment on Lebanon road just before the railroad bridge (West of Legacy). There is a utility box perched at the top and the land below it has slid down the hill.

Is this safe - also who is responsible for fixing the situation.

The current embankment does not present any imminent safety hazards. The City of Frisco is working with the engineers and contractors to repair the slope.
