Sunday I was driving down Prestion (4000 block) and was a little surprised to see a trailer on the undeveloped property with a rope tied to the telephone pole and HUGE animal skin rugs draped from it. Is this normally allowed since there were quite a few police in the area that didn't seem to notice?

After speaking with the Code Enforcement Officer, it is my understanding Police and Code Enforcement observed the roadside vendor who was selling animal hides off Preston Road. The vendor was provided with Frisco’s requirements then packed his items and left Frisco’s jurisdiction.
