The is a lot of construction going on at the corner of Legacy and Eldorado across from the Griffin Parc entrance. What is being built there?

Frisco Citizen,

The construction that you see is the dirt work and utilities for the Frisco Town Center project that will include a Super Target. The building for the Super Target will probably be the first one permited for this center.

Could you elaborate on the Frisco Town Center. Is there going to be another\new town center. Was under the impression the Stonebriar Mall area was the town center.

Will this area around Legacy\Eldarodo be part of the bigger picture of the Town Center tying in the City Hall and Soccer Stadium.

Is there a site we can reference for this new Town Center?

T. Silva,

The term "Town Center" can be very misleading. It does not carry any type of official designation and is often used by developers to bring exposure to their development. This development was not planned as part of the overall development around the soccer complex and Frisco Square. Due to its location it will help in drawing further development to this general area. I am not aware of a specific website for this development. If you are interested you can visit our offices at 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard and ask to see the preliminary and final site plans for this development.
