I noticed that there are several, about 5, dead trees on the corner of Stonebiar and Legacy. Who is responsible for getting rid of these trees? They are pretty big and don't know if they could be a safety hazard.

Tracy,

Thanks for your note regarding the trees along Legacy. I believe you are referring to the Leyland cypress trees by the stone wall just south of the Stonebriar guard house. These were actually planted several years ago when Stonebriar was developed.

However, they are in the City’s right of way and we plan on removing them later this month. I have spoken with a representative of the Stonebriar HOA and they plan on replacing them with a different species.
