We've been told that the zoning for the northeast corner of Teel & El Dorado is for Office-1, but one of the Frisco websites says Office-2. Which is correct? Do you know what's going to be built on that corner? Do you know how close the buildings can be to the Knolls of Frisco subdivision?

Thanks for your help.

The zoning on the property is Planned Development-130-Office-2. The Planned Development standards limits the height to 2-stories. No development plans have been submitted for the property. Per Zoning Ordinance regulations, the setback from the adjacent residential would be 30-feet for a one story building, or 60-feet for a two story building.

The last section of pavement from Sweetleaf Drive south had concrete placed that resulted in a finish that was not acceptable. The contractor has been informed of this and has taken steps to ensure that will not happen in the future. The contractor will also grind the surface of the new pavement to a smooth finish. This grinding will be done after the last section of pavement to the north of this section has been completed.
