Are the developers of Frisco Square responsible for mowing down the weeds in the empty lots adjacent to DNT (SE corner of Main and DNT)? Every year it seems like the weeds grow out of control in this lot, and it is extremely unattractive. Since Pizza Hut Park and all the other downtown revitalization projects are so important to the city, wouldn't it make since to keep this area looking nice for the citizens of Frisco?
