Are there existing Frisco ordinances governing where and what type of No Trespassing signs an HOA can post? We live in a gated community that has had a problem with non resident teens jumping the fence to swim in our pools. We would like to post "trespassers will be prosecuted" signs as a warning. We are not so naive as to think that signage alone will dissuade individuals, but are considering posting signs to help protect us from any potential liability when/if someone gets hurt jumping the fence or drowns in the pool...

Signage that makes it clear that the area is posted "No Trespassing" will suffice as adequate notice.
