What exactly is being built at the intersection of Legacy and Warren (North East corner)? Is it retail, office space, one building, multiple buildings - I happen to live in the apartments facing that lot - balcony faces out that way.

I am also curious as to what will be going into the large metal building that is being constructed next to Carpe Diem Preschool.

junaidwajid and Steven,

The northeast corner of this intersection is zoned for retail development under a Planned Development. There will be multiple buildings that will be built for retail and office uses. There are a number of undeveloped lots at this location. The building under construction will be a medical office building.
