Curious on the construction/land clearing between the Arbors and Sorano neighborhoods as well as across the street south of Stonelake. Are these areas zoned for residential or retail? Plans submitted? Thanks in advance.

The property on the east side of Independence Parkway, north of Sorano is the location of Frisco High School #7. A site plan has been submitted and approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Is the high school zoned for just south of the existing Villages of Stonelake estates, or on the southeast corner of Independence and Eldorado (by the road called Privince Rd on Google Maps now).

If it's south, what is zoned for that area around Privince Rd?

Frisco High School #7 is proposed on the west side of Independence Parkway north of Sutherland Lane. The property around “Privince Road” (as shown on Google Maps) is zoned for residential as part of the Villages of Stonelake Estates development.
