When will this be completed? I see there is a temporary cement plant out in the field behind the firehouse, but I cant tell what they are doing?

The temporary plant you see is for the construction of the subdivision. The City is expecting to begin the design and construction of Cotton Gin this year.

Im trying to figure out what is being built on Guinn and cotton ginn?? Ive heard everthing fron housing to elementry school

North of Guinn Gate Drive, another phase of the Park Place Estates neighborhood is being built. Frisco ISD owns the land south of Guinn Gate Drive and does plan to build an elementary school at some point in the future (which is a few years away at least).
