What is the outcome of the zoning request change at Legacy Commons? What type of residential units and how many are proposed? Thanks

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request at their August 9 meeting. City Council will hold a public hearing on the request at their September 6 meeting. The request is to increase the allowed number of residential units from 500 to 680. These units will be constructed as urban-style, mixed use buildings with some ground floor retail and residential units above. They will be similar to what you see at Frisco Square or Post Sierra at Frisco Bridges.

The zoning was approved back in November. A site plan for Phase 1 was approved in March.
