Now that the "Frisco Bill" failed to pass, does that mean that the entity looking at the 91 acres on the NW corner of Warren and DNT will look elsewhere or are they still being courted. Whatever the project it, it sounds like a win for the city.

While the bill was a good component of what is being discussed it does not appear to be a deal breaker. Frisco is still a strong competitor for the project.

We continue to work on development opportunities at this location as well as at numerous other locations throughout Frisco. We expect a decision will be made within the next 2 to 3 months regarding the 91 acre parcel located at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the DNT which is owned by the Frisco Community Development Corporation.

Thanks
George

What is the status of this project? Is Frisco still being considered?

Daniel

The Frisco Economic Development Corporation and the city continue to pursue opportunities for development of the property.

Thanks
George
