Thanks for your question regarding whether or not catering trucks can conduct business in a city park.
Just for your information, the City's Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Ordinance prohibits the sale of goods, food, drinks, confections, merchandise or services within a park unless specifically authorized by the Parks and Recreation Director.
In the case of our parks that provide athletic facilities, the City provides an annual concession contract with a private company for all of these locations.
Your example of a catering truck would not be allowed to conduct business based on this.
