In the latest "planning zoning - recent submittals" it lists among other things "two big box retail buildings" on the SE corner of Eldorado and DNT. What are those?

A “big box” retail building is defined as a single-tenant building over 70,000 square feet.

Do we know yet who these big box retailers may be?

Typically at this stage of development, we do not know who the tenants will be as they are not party to the development application for the entire development.
